Leaders realize that their employees with ADHD possess gifts such as problem solving and creativity. Many leaders want to support their employees but struggle to know where to start.
Solution:
An e-learning course educating leaders on how to cultivate the strengths and support the struggles of ADHD employees in the workplace.

Problem:
Compassion fatigue is an increasingly prevalent problem impacting people from diverse careers and life experience. Prolonged exposure has serious health risks. Yet, most do not recognize the symptoms or know how to combat compassion fatigue.
Solution:
I created a training resource educating learners on the risks, symptoms, and building resilience against compassion fatigue.
